Sources and dates
Industry briefings link to primary sources. Publication dates describe when this edition was written; the date of an announcement is stated in the article. Analysis is distinguished from reported facts. Supplier announcements are attributed to the supplier.
How shortlists work
Each ranking states its intended reader and criteria. Free access, packaging-specific features and the ability to connect design stages carry particular weight for small teams. Rankings are editorial choices, not invented awards, user ratings or laboratory benchmarks. Vendor sources are linked so readers can check current features and access conditions.
About the artwork
Original conceptual still lifes and graphic studies illustrate design and material ideas. They are not documentary photographs of the reported events or claims that a pictured product is sold in shops.
Reading and privacy
